Job description

This is a Hunt X farming role with 50-50 outdoor responsibilities. The role focuses on driving growth and expanding market presence for business management products, involving the identification of new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Description:

  1. To hunt for new sales and maintain good relations with existing stakeholders.
  2. Knowledge of SME and corporate business setup, strategies within Singapore.
  3. Able to identify specific target market/client and approach the correct market.
  4. Cold calling and setting appointments to meet clients.
  5. Able to meet monthly targets assigned to you.
  6. Some office admin work - paperwork to support the administration.
  7. Other tasks assigned by your manager.

Job Requirement:

  1. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, psychology, human resource, or related fields.
  2. Knowledge of business management consultancy, human resources, and business strategies.
  3. More than 5 years of sales experience and 3 years of account management experience in management consultancy.
  4. Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Willingness to travel outdoors to meet clients.
  6. Resilient and independent, able to complete tasks/projects with minimum supervision.
