Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to business development and sales, engaging in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their learning goals and challenges. Provide personalized recommendations and guidance on courses and programmes selection to ensure alignment with their objectives.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the business development and sales process. Address any concerns or objections, provide timely assistance, and follow up on inquiries to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Business Development and Sales Closure: Close deals and secure course enrollments by effectively presenting pricing options, payment terms, and enrollment procedures. Overcome objections, negotiate terms when necessary, and facilitate smooth transitions to course delivery teams.
Business Development and Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of business development and sales activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions, and deal progressions, using CRM software. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the education industry.
