Businesses that partner with PAND come in all shapes, sizes and budget, and no one have solution that works for all. Your knowledge of sales and business development combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide a good client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of PAND's key clients and understand how our range of services offerings can help to improve internal connecting spaces and departments, collaborations which indirectly grow their business. Working with the team, you set the vision and the strategy for how PAND can secure the businesses with key clients.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating direction, driving, supporting, and coaching on closing the deals and business agreements and guiding and leading sales funnel success.

Responsibilities

·Create, manage, and forecast business pipeline and opportunities.

·Conduct research and analysis to develop strategies which capitalize on market potential and opportunities.

·Create compelling presentations and develop solutions to meet customer needs.

·Confidently delivering presentations/proposals to high level Management Executives

·Networking with industry professionals; promote PAND’s brand

·Willingness to travel to meet with prospects and current clientele.

·Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and conducting meetings, pipeline generation and successful conversion of opportunities

·Manage activities, leads and accounts within Deskera CRM to efficiently input and track the success

·Do cold & warm callings to connect with new and existing clients.

·Proposing, organizing and executing various marketing initiatives to improve Client-PAND relationship.

Minimum qualifications:

·Diploma in Business Management / A Level / O Level or equivalent practical experiences.

·3 years of experience in business development/sales/client engagement

·Experience building relationships with end users and stakeholders.

·Experience in handling corporate office clientele

Preferred qualifications:

·Experience planning, delivering, and executing sales and creative strategy.

·Experience in sales, account management and business development.

·Ability to operate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·Ability to take on challenges and develop actionable plans and recommendations.

·Local Real Estate knowledge and contacts would be an advantage

·Having strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
