Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Earnest Designer & Project Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio within the Lavender Central Region. This is a full-time position based in our office in the Lavender Central Region.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and qualify new business prospects in the Lavender Central Region
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to successful closure
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of projects and exceptional client experiences
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform your sales approach
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's business development and growth initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the design or project management industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and principles
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
