Job Summary As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint across Singapore and the APAC region. This role is crucial in formulating and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth, build client relationships, and meet revenue objectives.
Job Scope:
Craft and implement effective sales strategies and proposals for the APAC market.
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities across the energy, chemical, life sciences, and infrastructure sectors in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships.
Spearhead operational strategies in line with company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals.
Negotiate contracts, managing relationships with various stakeholders.
Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies and industry partners.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and communications are streamlined.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
At least 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, or infrastructure sectors, with project experience exceeding USD 50 million.
Strong understanding of EPC project contracts.
Technical knowledge of energy, chemical, and industrial sectors is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
