Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Channel Expansion and Management: Expand the company's global exchange channels, including KOL partnerships and community node building. Design and execute channel operations activities to acquire new users and drive transaction conversions. Analyze channel retention and transaction data, optimize resource allocation, and improve channel efficiency.
2. Develop and execute business strategies for the company's derivatives operations within a specific region or continent, setting clear objectives and actionable plans. 3. Data Analysis and Optimization: Establish a comprehensive data analysis system to track various operational metrics and optimize based on data. Continuously explore new data analysis methods to enhance data analysis capabilities. 4. Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing regional contract business team to ensure the achievement of overall business goals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
3. Excellent communication, teamwork, and stress management skills.
4. Proficient in English, with strong business negotiation capabilities.
