Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and acquire new clients and business opportunities
• To oversee the Product Development team’s alignment with business objectives and client requirements
• Provide expertise in data visualization, business analytics, profitability, and financial analysis
• Develop and acquire new clients and business opportunities
• Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions with stakeholders
• Support management with analysis for evaluating new business opportunities
• Monitor industry changes and regulatory impacts on business operations
• Oversee product development activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives
• Review internal process engineering improvements and supplier qualification efforts
• 30% overseas travel required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Must be proficient in Microsoft excel (Pivot table, charts, vlookup, etc)
• 5 years in business developing capacity in similar or related field
• 3 years of overseas business experience outside Asia (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa)
• 3 years in managing a team of people
• Proven experience in budget and revenue projection
• Proven experience in costing (manufacturing) and tender submission
• Microsoft office suites
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized, independent
• Self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
