The Partnerships and Community Engagement Team is pivotal in driving business growth by strategically collaborating with healthcare providers, businesses, and community stakeholders to expand the organisation's service offerings and market presence.

By establishing mutually beneficial partnerships, the team ensures access to new networks and customer bases, while fostering strong relationships with local and regional communities to enhance brand reputation and trust. Through targeted outreach and stakeholder engagement, the team supports the organisation’s strategic objectives, creating opportunities for revenue growth, service innovation, and long-term market positioning in key sectors.

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Lead who will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of imaging and diagnostic services by building partnerships with specialist and GP clinics across Singapore. Additionally, this role will involve developing relationships with overseas medical concierge agencies to attract executive health screening clients to Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development or sales within medical services.

This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Associate Director, Partnership & Community Engagement.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Clinic Onboarding & Partnerships:
    • Identify and engage with GP and specialist clinics (e.g., cardiology, oncology) to onboard them into the company's imaging and diagnostics services network.
    • Foster long-term relationships with clinics, ensuring their ongoing commitment to using company services.
    • Provide training and support to clinics on how to refer patients for imaging and diagnostic services efficiently.
    • Work closely with doctors and clinic assistants to understand their specific needs and customise service offerings accordingly.
  • Overseas Medical Concierge Agency Outreach:
    • Develop and execute a strategy to target overseas medical concierge agencies that refer patients to Singapore for executive health screenings.
    • Build partnerships with agencies in key markets such as China, Indonesia, UAE and other countries.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored promotional materials that cater to the executive health screening packages being offered.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve revenue targets by increasing the volume of patient referrals from clinics and concierge agencies.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company's services remain competitive and relevant to client needs.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clinics, agencies, and corporate partners to promote services and create business opportunities.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential new clinics and concierge agencies that can benefit from the company’s services.
    • Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve service offerings, pricing, and client support.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the local and international healthcare communities.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Track key metrics related to clinic onboarding, referral growth, and overseas agency partnerships.
    • Prepare monthly business development reports for senior management to highlight successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience working with GP clinics, specialist healthcare providers, and overseas referral agencies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with imaging and diagnostic services, executive health screenings, or concierge healthcare services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Knowledge of the regional healthcare landscape, particularly in Singapore and Asia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business objectives.
  • A results-oriented approach with a passion for driving business growth.
