We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Manager to identify and develop business growth in the new energy storage industry. This position focuses on building new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue.
The suitable candidate should have strong sales and presentation skills, a good understanding of market trends, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and new market segments.
- Brainstorm with the team to develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and market trends.
Sales & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Develop proposals and conduct presentations to potential clients.
Customer Satisfaction & Reporting:
- Work with the team to ensure client satisfaction through excellent products and services and addressing any concerns.
- Track and report sales performance, market insights, and business growth data.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong business network and proven ability to secure and manage high-value contracts with industry-leading clients.
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking management staff and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma or degree and above.
- Singaporean/PR.
