Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduate Only)

Roles & Responsibilities

• The role will be required to participate in comprehensive onboarding and training programs to acquire foundational knowledge of company processes, tools, and systems. Assist with the coordination and execution of key projects across different teams and departments.
• Work closely with team members from different departments, gaining exposure to a wide range of business functions and industry practices.
• Contribute to the identification and resolution of business challenges, applying creative and analytical thinking.
• Reporting & Analysis: Support the development of reports and presentations to track progress and present findings to senior leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to process improvements and organizational development initiatives.
• Build professional relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders to foster career development and growth.

Job Requirements

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to group success.
• Flexible and open to taking on new tasks, learning new concepts, and adjusting to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with relevant software/tools specific to the industry, e.g., CRM software, data analysis tools, etc. is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

• Previous internships or academic projects in the Software Industry.
• Experience with data analysis or project management software.
