Business Development Executive (B2B/B2C/Packaging Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
• Create and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
• Plan customer visits to address their specific needs.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits for both existing and prospective clients.
• Develop materials and documents for project sales presentations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project progress, including performance bond preparations, delivery schedules, installation dates, etc.
• Monitor and follow up on payment status with clients.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related fields from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the engineering industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Immediate availability is preferred; technical background is an advantage.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-lasting customer relationships.
• A valid Class 3 driving license and personal transport (preferred).
