Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves lead generation, sales presentations, and maintaining customer satisfaction while ensuring sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Job Description:

  1. Conduct daily cold calling, emailing, and messaging to new target markets and make onsite appointments to meet prospects.
  2. Generate leads, qualify prospects, prepare sales quotations & business proposals, and close sales.
  3. Understand prospect needs and requirements to demonstrate the company’s products and services.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  5. Be responsible for your sales performance and meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and OKRs.
  6. Adhere to and be responsible for the outdoor pre-sales, on-sales, and post-sales processes.
  7. Learn and have an in-depth understanding of all department processes.
  8. Build and maintain accurate databases and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s SAP CRM.
  9. Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships, and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  10. Stay informed about market trends and competition.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development initiatives.
  12. Be a team player and work together to support yourself, the company, and colleagues.
  13. Any other official tasks and jobs assigned by the immediate superior.
