About Us

Autolife Robotics is a fast-growing robotics company on a mission to make humanoid robots affordable, intelligent, and accessible to the world. Backed by world-class investors and led by a team of engineers from NUS, NTU, and SJTU, we are building robots that work — in restaurants, gyms, factories, and universities.

We are now looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to join our Singapore team, focusing on sales to universities, research institutes, and academic partners globally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive global sales of Autolife humanoid robots to universities and research institutions
  2. Identify and approach potential clients in target regions (e.g. Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, North America)
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with academic partners and lab directors
  4. Understand client research needs and offer customized robot solutions for research use
  5. Represent Autolife at academic conferences, exhibitions, and partner demos
  6. Develop and manage a network of regional distributors and resellers in other countries
  7. Train and support local partners on sales strategy, product knowledge, and technical coordination
  8. Work closely with our product and R&D teams to close technical feedback loops and refine product-market fit in academia

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Engineering, or related fields
  2. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin; additional language(s) is a plus
  3. At least 3 years of experience in Business Development
  4. Prior experience working with universities, research centers, or government education sectors
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  6. Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently
  7. Familiarity with B2B tech or hardware sales cycles
  8. Experience in managing overseas partners, distributors, or academic channels is highly desirable
  9. Existing networks in academia, robotics research, or higher education is a strong plus
