Job responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions, and coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Oversee project management activities.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
Assess and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the project.
Implement risk management strategies to reduce potential project risks.
Drive value creation in deal-making processes.
Establish and refine processes and procedures for the new business unit.
Support management in evaluating and executing tenders, projects, and partnerships.
Build and strengthen key partnerships.
Develop products/services for market launch as determined by the Group.
Manage and nurture high-potential business units and brands.
Provide regular updates to management on project progress.
Requirements:
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development role.
Out-going personality with good inter-personal skills.
Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Good negotiation skills with good business acumen.
Self-starter and possess high level of determination to see through a project.
Capacity to manage high stress situations.
High sense of ownership and accountability.
A team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Good organization skills including attention to detail.
