Experience:

2 to 8 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for sales of client solutions and services in the Southeast Asia Market & building channel partner base.
  2. Optimize and Increase Sales by networking and regularly meeting Clients, Builders, Contractors, Architects, and Consultants and coordinating with them closely.
  3. Work closely with key distributors & aid them in business development in the region.
  4. Give presentations and product demos to customers and answer their questions regarding products, prices, and feature availability.
  5. Create infrastructure for providing pre-sales support for site surveys and audits & assist in project proposals.
  6. Present the management with sales and business reports along with monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  1. Preferred Degree in Engineering from reputable schools.
  2. Should have 2-8 years of relevant work experience in HVAC/BMS Controls Sales/Equipment Sales.
  3. Having lived or worked in different countries in the specific geography of the role, with a proven ability to connect with potential partners, consultants, and prospective clients.
  4. Eager to learn new things and keep up with changing technology and demonstrable passion for the role.
  5. A high level of personal credibility with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional teams audiences.
  7. Preferred experience in Digital Solutions markets, customer needs, and value propositions.
