Business Development Director- Asia

We are urgently seeking a top-notch Business Development Manager responsible for driving our business growth in Asia. The role will be responsible in developing network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the hospitality sector across Asia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and partners.
• Conduct market research to inform strategic decision-making and expansion plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and brand standard.
• Prepare and present business proposals, financial analyses, and feasibility studies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development/ hotel development sales within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and expanding market presence
• Strong network of industry contacts in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
