In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

The role: Business Development Consultant, Google Customer Solutions (English, Vietnamese) - Singapore

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Additional Role Description:

The New Business Sales Team is responsible for driving incremental growth through acquiring new advertisers for Google. As a Business Development Consultant, you will identify new opportunities, build relationships and develop strategic business plans to help our advertisers meet business and marketing objectives while providing client service across industries such as Retail, Technology, Finance, Travel, Entertainment and Media.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with and attract new clients for a designated territory and/or industry sector in the Vietnam market.

- Identify business development opportunities, and cultivate relationships with C-level business and marketing decision makers and agency influencers.

- Coordinate strategic initiatives such as cross-departmental collaboration with marketing, account management, networking, trade shows and online research.

- Develop and execute a business plan to attract the most strategic accounts in the market. Communicate effectively with English and Vietnamese speaking clients.

- Attract new Google Ads clients by presenting customized online marketing solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 3 years of experience working in direct B2B sales, business development and/or client acquisition in the Vietnam market.

- Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working in integrated marketing communication sales or media sales.

- Understanding of the online/digital industry's issues, vision for its growth and commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.

- Knowledge of the advertising industry, with the ability to build new relationships and maintain existing relationships.

- Excellent client service skills.

- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including advanced agreements, influence, and public speaking ability.
