Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build their online presence and grow their businesses. We collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends, creating and implementing tailored business plans for various businesses.
The role: Business Development Consultant, Google Customer Solutions (English, Vietnamese) - Singapore
Businesses partnering with Google vary greatly, and your knowledge of online media, combined with communication skills and analytical abilities, will shape how new and existing businesses grow. You will provide Google-caliber client service, conduct research and market analysis, and uncover the business needs of key clients.
Additional Role Description:
The New Business Sales Team drives growth by acquiring new advertisers. As a Business Development Consultant, you will identify opportunities, build relationships, and develop strategic business plans to help advertisers meet their objectives across various industries such as Retail, Technology, Finance, Travel, Entertainment, and Media.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with and attract new clients in the Vietnam market.
- Identify business development opportunities and cultivate relationships with C-level decision makers.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives, including cross-departmental collaboration.
- Develop and execute a business plan to attract strategic accounts, communicating effectively in English and Vietnamese.
- Attract new Google Ads clients by presenting customized online marketing solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in direct B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition in the Vietnam market.
- Fluency in speaking and writing in English and Vietnamese.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in integrated marketing communication sales or media sales.
- Understanding of the online/digital industry's issues and vision for growth.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
