Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development cum Business Analyst with a strong background in software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and gathering requirements to provide tailored solutions. The role requires an individual who is willing to travel, work in the field, and play a critical role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the software solutions domain.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
4. Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients, addressing their pain points effectively.
5. Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Business Analysis:

1. Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for software solutions.
2. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business needs.
3. Provide recommendations to enhance product offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
4. Act as a bridge between clients and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales and business analysis.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of software solutions, IT services, and SaaS-based products.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
7. Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software solutions.
2. Knowledge of the Singapore market and prior experience in the region.
3. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
