As a Business Development Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Identify and create growth opportunities for the organization
• Develop and implement new marketing strategies and initiatives
• Identify new leads and move them through the sales life cycle
• Assist in developing and driving growth strategies locally, regionally, and globally
• Collaborate with the business development team to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for potential partners and clients
• Review gaps and business opportunities with stakeholders
• Assist in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with other healthcare organizations, distributors, and potential collaborators
• Able to interpret product distributorship contracts
• Stay close to market activities and take actions when necessary

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Must have business development experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
