Business Development Assistant Manager (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

1. Reaching out to potential clients to build relationships and schedule meetings.
2. Strategising and managing new marketing campaigns.
3. Conducting research on companies and individuals to identify fresh opportunities.
4. Enhancing relationships with existing clients while attracting new ones.
5. Exploring and expanding into new markets to boost sales.
6. Participating in conferences, meetings, and industry events.
7. Creating quotes and proposals tailored to clients.
8. Setting objectives for the development team and driving business growth, ensuring targets are achieved.
9. Training staff and supporting team members in skill development.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Preferable to have business development experience in the healthcare industry.
