Business Development and Solutioning Sr. Executive:

Job Function: Senior Executive - Business Development and Solutioning (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive - Business Development and Solutioning is responsible for business development, marketing and sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, and developing relationships with potential healthcare customers. He/She is responsible for analysing customer needs and supporting the development of technology, innovation, and integrated logistics solutions for customers.

He/She is responsible for gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders, planning and implementing logistics projects, liaising and managing contractors and vendors, ensuring the project life-cycle is followed through and performed in accordance with project requirements. Analytical and systematic, he/she is required to explore alternative solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He/She is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes and technologies to offer innovative solutions to customers.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks (External):

  1. Support Business Development sales and marketing activities including responding to Tenders and RFPs.
  2. Analyse customer logistics service needs by building communicative and open relationships.
  3. Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales or customer management knowledge.
  4. Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offering and competitiveness.
  5. Conduct R&D for innovative logistics solutions catering to customer needs.
  6. Design & develop innovative solutions, including prototypes and proof of concept, testing of completed systems, and preparing relevant documentation.
  7. Present product designs to management and stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, warehousing, automation, systems integration, and distribution.
  9. Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities.
  10. Provide technical support to customers after the delivery of service.
  11. Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities.
  12. Keep abreast of new technological advancements in the industry.

Job Requirements:

Business:

  • Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, prepare cost estimates, and develop pricing models.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to meet customer needs.
  • Cost-effectiveness through managing project budgets.

Human Relations:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating with clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strong leadership and initiative.

Technical:

  • Designing and implementing technology solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Design thinking for product inventions and enhancements.
  • Project management, planning, and organization skills.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Supply Chain Management and Business Development, with experience in responding to tenders and solutioning, or a related field such as Healthcare Administration.

- Singaporean only.

Budget: $3000 - $5000 PM + Benefits

Location: Pioneer Road, West Singapore
