Business Development and Solutioning Sr. Executive:
Job Function: Senior Executive - Business Development and Solutioning (Healthcare Supply Chain)
Job Summary:
The Senior Executive - Business Development and Solutioning is responsible for business development, marketing and sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, and developing relationships with potential healthcare customers. He/She is responsible for analysing customer needs and supporting the development of technology, innovation, and integrated logistics solutions for customers.
He/She is responsible for gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders, planning and implementing logistics projects, liaising and managing contractors and vendors, ensuring the project life-cycle is followed through and performed in accordance with project requirements. Analytical and systematic, he/she is required to explore alternative solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He/She is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes and technologies to offer innovative solutions to customers.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks (External):
- Support Business Development sales and marketing activities including responding to Tenders and RFPs.
- Analyse customer logistics service needs by building communicative and open relationships.
- Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales or customer management knowledge.
- Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offering and competitiveness.
- Conduct R&D for innovative logistics solutions catering to customer needs.
- Design & develop innovative solutions, including prototypes and proof of concept, testing of completed systems, and preparing relevant documentation.
- Present product designs to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, warehousing, automation, systems integration, and distribution.
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities.
- Provide technical support to customers after the delivery of service.
- Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities.
- Keep abreast of new technological advancements in the industry.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Supply Chain Management and Business Development, with experience in responding to tenders and solutioning, or a related field such as Healthcare Administration.
- Singaporean only.
Budget: $3000 - $5000 PM + Benefits
