BUSINESS DEVELOPMENMT MANAGER
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Business Development covering the Automotive & Medical sectors including Medical device assembly
- including marketing, market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers
- covers Program management & Accounts management activities of established customers
- Scope includes metal, ceramic & plastic parts fabrication via conventional & MIM + press sintered technologies
- parts, assemblies, box builds
- Customer base includes MNCs and startup companies
- Business Development
- market intelligence

- sales planning with profit targets

- Program management
- Interpret & translate customer’s requirements to the project team
- engage customer & project team to meet program deliverables on time
- manage project team resources
- lead NPI to the factory through the RTP process
- develop budget & operation plans
- Account management
- Maintain & expand existing accounts
- manage quality, cost & delivery KPIs
- maintain & strengthen customer relationships & customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Preferably technical background with 5-7 years in a similar or related environment.
- Resourceful and analytical, leadership qualities with good decision making.
- Positive attitude, initiative & willingness to take on challenges.
