Business Design Executive

About the role

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of business design strategies for commercial office interior design projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and operations, to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business design strategies for commercial office interior design projects, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Collaborate with designers to develop innovative and effective design solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and develop design solutions that address these factors.

4. Manage commercial office interior design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.

5. Collaborate with operations and other teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business design strategies.

6. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in interior design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial office interior design, with a focus on business design and strategy.

3. Skills:

- Strong understanding of commercial office interior design principles and trends.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with design software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Experience with business development, marketing, or sales in the interior design or architecture industry.
