Job description

Actively involve defining strategies to boost sales and maintain the Existing Installation portfolio.

Explore the elevator transit and access business potential in the residential, mid-rise offices, hotels, and hospitals.

Execute and deploy new business concepts and access products to increase market penetration of new products and technologies.

Explore and implement the requirements/needs from the Group with 3rd party to deploy new products that fit market needs.

Involve developing professional marketing concepts for new business e.g. 3rd party access companies, smartphone, and wireless applications.

Drive initiatives in enhancing the know-how and technology sales skills of the sales organization, monitoring and reviewing the outcomes of the company's sales activities and providing sales support, e.g. development of technology sales tools and materials.

Provide the Group with the necessary market intelligence, competitive analysis, and argumentation relevant to the Technology business, in order for our OCs to achieve or maintain leadership positions in intelligent software technology. Close coordination with the local team and sales team is required.

Assist in setting up and implementing Transit Management business and operation processes including pricing, offering & ordering systems, pre-post sales support, sales analysis, and external customer support such as intelligent software education to building management and tenants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote new product releases - create professional promotional tools and information for all groups operating companies.
  • Prepare education packages, manuals, and sales packages for all new products.
  • Analyze business performance of Technology and market/competitor trends to provide feedback to the team for new product development.
  • Analyze trends and development of Technology products and other E&E products vis-à-vis market/competitors, win and loss analysis, etc. to constantly review and reassess our positioning in the various group markets.
  • Provide sales and sales engineering training to the team.
  • Provide pretender and offer support on all new technology solutions and technology-related solutions.
  • Work with development teams to develop sales/marketing tools and materials for Technology and new in-house developed products and implement them to the group sales force.

Support selected marketing activities for Technology events, trade shows, advertisements, etc.
