Business Controller

THE COMPANY
Our Client is a Multinational Corporation in the Pharmaceutical industry (P&L size of $3 Billion USD) with strong presence in the AMEA region. They are now looking for a Business Controller to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Director of Finance.

THE ROLE
The Business Controller will be responsible for:

1. Liaising with the commercial team on contract negotiations & reviews
2. Leading all the critical activities for the new projects, restructuring or governance
3. Performance analysis, monitoring and closing gaps on financial variances
4. Developing regional management reporting on revenue, profit, and forecast
5. Strategic and business planning, communicating with different internal stakeholders
6. Developing the Go-To-Market Strategies
7. Good understanding of Statutory Reporting duties (Tax, Audit, etc)

REQUIREMENTS
• Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
• Has at least 7 years of work experience, preferably started their career in an audit environment
• Good interpersonal skill, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
