Job Description:
Reporting to the Director, the Business Consultant candidate is to manage the overall Company's HR functions assigned to him/her and is competent on the following:
Work with clients to identify business challenges and solutions.
Conduct studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work excellence studies, prepare operations and procedures handbooks to improve work excellence practices.
Propose innovative strategies and execution to clients to achieve long-term goals.
Manage projects, implement change initiatives, monitor implementation progress, and address challenges to meet deadlines.
Training will be provided in full cycle recruitment covering business development, client engagement, and project management.

Salary: $2300 to $2600 per month including commission.
