Closely partners with stakeholders on the business strategy and operational planning needed to run a successful restaurant business.
Acts as the main point of contact for all things operational within the business, serving as a liaison between the company team and the clients and stakeholders.
Identifies, plans, and manages event strategies and activities to meet KPIs, business development, handles event proposals, and quotations.
Creates and implements effective sales strategies to attract new members, retain existing ones, and boost overall club revenue.
Maintains and builds relationships with club members by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Analyzes consumer behavior and adjusts email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Develops and coordinates promotional materials like brochures, videos, binders, and trade show graphics.
Manages the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Stays updated with the latest sales techniques and industry trends to apply best practices within the club.
Negotiates with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms.
Handles customer feedback, responds promptly, and conducts surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business/Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the hospitality, fitness, or leisure industry.
Must have experience in the club or hospitality industry.
Must have experience with disco culture, music history, and trends in the entertainment industry.
Organizes themed nights, special events, and live performances to keep the venue lively and attract a steady stream of customers.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with event planning tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) for scheduling, ticketing, and guest management.
Proficient in using social media for marketing and audience engagement, with a good understanding of content creation and analytics.
Greater knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably possess own transport (required to travel from time to time).
Able to work long hours and available especially on weekends and public holidays in line with business needs, with the flexibility to work late evenings and prolonged periods of standing (strictly off day on weekdays).
