Job Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and cultivating new clients and sales leads through strategic outreach
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and create tailored service solutions
• Partnering with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful business development campaigns, client engagement initiatives, and networking events
• Supporting the People & Development teams in managing professional consultants
• Developing innovative approaches for client opportunities and proposals
• Coordinating with global colleagues on cross-selling initiatives and maintaining the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder and above
• Minimum 3 years and above in legal industry with relevant experience in Business Development/Recruitment/Professional Services
• Extensive experience communicating with diverse stakeholders
• Good experience with LinkedIn and CRM tools & Platform
