Assist in development and customization of company agents' policy for APAC; assist to enhance the agent process system
Maintaining APAC agents' database with constant input from sales and finance department
Develop and implement APAC RAM policy, conduct RAM training to sales department
Maintaining APAC RAM projects’ database with constant input from sales and finance department
Assist in Headquarter annual internal audit work and compliance check for APAC business management, taking the lead in carrying out the compliance / Audit inspection report preparation and submission
Managing marketing agent fee budgets across all APAC branches; analyzing and monitoring monthly actual vs budgeted agent fees
Collaborate with customer service manager for all VIP clients' related matters
Process efficiency optimization improvement project for APAC. Tracking the performance of sales, solution team and finance departments whilst helping to solve key challenges
Formulate, organize and implement business regulations for offices in Asia Pacific.
Assist in the weekly review and update of the sales pipeline, , while also compiling and analyzing pipeline performance data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making
Perform sales performance evaluation for channel partners
Assist offices in addressing operating license issues to meet their business development requirement.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
At least 1 years of relevant working experience (preferably with experience in sales/ business analysis)
Experience in Telecommunications Industry is a plus
Well-organized, self-motivated, attentive to details, eager to learn, able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Can-do attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Able to liaise and handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking associates and customers
