As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Lead the functional design and rollout of specialized modules within the organization's new Healthcare Management System.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and process flows.
3. Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
4. Translate business requirements into functional specifications (Epics) and user stories for developers and designers.
5. Participate in the design, development, and testing of core systems and end-user applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
6. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when necessary.
7. Perform functional testing and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure it meets business requirements.
8. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to healthcare and digital transformation.
10. Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Recognized Professional Certificate/Diploma in relevant field.
2. Good knowledge in process and workflow mapping and analysis.
