Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role is part of a key program that aims at building the foundation of their new Trade Finance proposal and overall strong growth at regional level. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Program for vertical (Front-Office to Back Office) and transversal (across several functions) aspects during all its life cycle (from design to completion). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will interact with various stakeholders and contribute significantly to the company's growth.
What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to identify business needs and translate them into specific requirements. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle - from design to completion. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders including the Head Office & SG Squad, local IT teams, and software providers. You will also be expected to ensure Agile Methodology usage throughout the project. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying any potential challenges or risks and escalating them promptly.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis within Trade / Transaction Banking processing chains and platforms. A good understanding of Corporate Banking products, especially Trade Finance is essential. Experience in Agile projects along with proficiency in writing high quality User Stories, Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and reporting skills, and an organized and delivery-focused approach are key to succeed in this role.
