This role is critical in supporting key initiatives like consolidation, analysis of pipeline data, coordination of tech initiatives on the firm's strategic platforms, CRM systems, and call reporting data. The Business Analyst is also expected to operate autonomously, run smaller projects, and take up departmental initiatives where frequent collaboration with other departments is necessary. The mindset of this individual has to be positive and inquisitive. The candidate is expected to be proactive in coordinating tasks and knowledge of actively tracking and providing succinct and meaningful project updates.
