Job Description:

Looking for a Business Analyst for the Discovery and Design phases of the project to support the program manager in doing the following:

• Document as-is functionalities and integration landscape of current CRM system in SAPMENA.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements of the project, defining the functional specification and business requirement of the to-be model.
• Internal stakeholders consist of overall Project Program Manager, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Integration Managers, Business Analysts, and Business stakeholders at both local and Zone/Regional levels.
• External stakeholders consist of technical vendors who build or maintain the products within the project or to be integrated with the project.
• Work with solutions architect to translate functional specifications and business requirements into user stories in the product backlog, ensuring there are clearly defined acceptance criteria signed off by business stakeholders.
• This role reports to the SAPMENA Project Program Manager, based in Singapore.
