Role & Responsibilities

1. Prepare various monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management.
2. Regular updating of information and database used for management reporting.
3. Check, reorganize and create reports based on raw data generated from the system on monthly basis.
4. Manage confidential information and database.
5. Prepare presentations and training materials as required.
6. Coordinate meetings and trainings when required.

The Talent

1. Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies
2. No relevant experience are welcome to apply
3. Comfortable with figures, reports and data
4. Proficient in Microsoft office functions, excel, power point and word.
5. Able to multi-task, meticulous, analytical and highly organized.
