Main Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, market trends, and business operations to identify insights and improvement opportunities.

• Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Work closely with stakeholders to define business objectives and align solutions accordingly.

• Assist in process optimization, risk assessment, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Support the implementation of financial strategies, systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for client engagements.

• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and financial regulations.

• Other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, financial consulting, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.

• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Tableau, Power BI).

• Knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and investment strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
