The Assistant/Manager (Business & Finance Analyst) plays a crucial role in enhancing the organisation through in-depth business and financial analysis, driving decision-making processes, and supporting organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data-driven analyses to evaluate overall business performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within CHI.
• Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights.
• Assess and analyze financial data to generate insights for effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Optimize revenue streams by identifying financial opportunities and challenges.
• Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational success.
• Monitor KPIs regularly to assess progress toward strategic goals.
• Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards that provide real-time insights into financial and operational performance.
• Ensure that reporting mechanisms effectively communicate critical information to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or financial analysis, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
