Business Analyst (EdTech and Early Childhood)
Collaborate with preschool administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop clear and detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
Ensure alignment of business needs with the technical capabilities of the development team.
Prepare manuals, training guides, and conduct user training sessions.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Analyze existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and digital improvements.
Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and workflows to support the design of software solutions.
Stay updated on trends and regulations in the preschool education sector.
Provide insights on new features or improvements that could benefit the preschool domain.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the education or preschool sector.
- Experience in using or implementing preschool management system or EdTech solutions.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of preschool management processes, including regulation, curriculum planning, enrollment, attendance tracking, and parent communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
