Business Analyst - Asset Management

Description

• At least 3-10 years relevant working experience, including business analysis/product management of systems used in similar functions, in the asset management domain.

• Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset.

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with good problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design.

• Adept communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders across all levels.

• Experience working in cross-functional groups, representing views of different stakeholders and influencing teams towards achieving shared goals.

• Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, with varying technical requirements, levels of stakeholder engagement, and completion timelines.

• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements due to unforeseen restrictions/constraints in the existing system.

• Experience in developing test plans and managing testing for project implementation/enhancements.

• Experience in developing and maintaining user guides and system documentation.

• Experience in managing project scheduling and timelines for prompt completion of work tasks.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge and/or experience in risk management and/or trade processing domain.
