Project Goal The business analyst will be responsible for the execution of the Customer Engagement portfolio of programs, focusing on the implementation of the Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite of solutions and other sales force-related tools. The analyst will drive innovation and provide guidance on the implementation of our CRM platform within Janssen Pharmaceutical Asia Pacific. The analyst will also play a key role as the customer engagement expert within the Commercial function, including sales, marketing, training, and salesforce effectiveness and business support services.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of the Salesforce Enablement CRM strategy and functions.
Serve as subject matter and product expert for the implementation of our CRM suite of products.
Identify opportunities for further implementation of our CRM capability.
Deliver the strategic roadmap for the customer engagement portfolio of programs.
Manage change management and training programs required for the deployment of new CRM solutions, including training, communications, and feedback.
Drive adoption of new technologies, services, and commercially available tools to enhance Sales and Marketing capabilities, including but not limited to CRM and SFDC.
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:
Degree or Diploma holder with 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a must.
Hands-on experience with the rollout of Salesforce will be an added advantage.
