Main Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, track and manage the risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies for the overall IT programme.
- Coordinate activities among different projects and support the system integration between the Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) managed system and WMS system with Telco.
- Ensure business processes documentation complies with audit requirements. Support audit activities by providing necessary evidence data for validation.
Work Plan & Budgeting:
- Work with relevant parties (Telco delivery teams, application vendors, internal users, etc.) to plan the application systems upgrading.
- Collate business requirements of stakeholders, including working with delivery teams for solution review submissions, ITQ/RFP submissions, and approval papers.
- Work with vendors to obtain the costings, including reviewing the cost reasonableness and justification.
Project Delivery:
Knowledge and Expertise Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computing.
- Over 8 years of Dynamics NAV/LS Retail support experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
- Experience in Warehousing Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
- Experience in Retail POS is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills (including troubleshooting in IT-related contexts).
- Excellent written/communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics.
- Able to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates who can converse effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients are preferred.
