Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth data analysis using various techniques, including statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- AI/ML Development & Implementation: Develop and implement AI/ML models to address specific business challenges, working with data scientists and engineers as needed. This may include model training, validation, and deployment.
- Power BI Development & Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Storytelling & Communication: Translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Consider the user experience when developing dashboards and reports. Ensure intuitive navigation, clear visualizations, and a user-friendly interface.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in business analytics, AI/ML, and data visualization. Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (~3-4 years) in business analytics, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report development.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., Python, R, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with IT industry is a plus.
