Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to manage business requirements and functional solution aspects of projects, delivering operational excellence and driving productivity through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, identify stakeholders and establish methodologies for tracking and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct enterprise analysis, elicit and analyze business needs and develop detailed requirements to guide solution design
• Evaluate potential solutions, identify gaps and validate deployed solutions against original business needs for alignment and effectiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of solutions, including change management activities to secure buy-in
• Lead system validation and user acceptance testing, ensuring solution quality and functionality
• Develop end-user documentation, including training manuals and process flows, to support effective adoption and operational efficiency
• Analyze solution performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous business process improvement
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to elicit, prioritize and manage business needs effectively
• Contribute to technical design documentation and ensure maintenance of project repositories with accurate, accessible information
• Manage conflicts, address issues and communicate changes clearly to ensure stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• Certification in CCBA, CBAP, or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years managing full project development lifecycles
• Expertise in business analysis, application solutioning and design
• Proficiency in Agile, Business Process Reengineering, ERP and Digital/Mobile Technologies
• Competency in qualitative, quantitative and root-cause analysis
• Experience modeling business requirements using business process modeling tools
• Capability to balance strategic vision with a detailed analysis of business needs
• Experience with CRM, Data Analytics and design thinking methodologies
• Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and governance processes
