Business Advisor-Contract 2 years

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard MNCs and SMEs into an alliance programme.
• Facilitate co-innovation projects, supplier development programmes, and capability workshops.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for SMEs within MNCs’ supply chains.
• Partner with ecosystem organisations to deliver training, certifications, and resources to SMEs.
• Drive the alliance programme’s objectives and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, networking events, and co-innovation sessions.
• Maintain a database of MNCs, SMEs, and ecosystem partners.
• Track and report on alliance activities and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing outreach materials and case studies.
• Support the Engagement Lead in liaising with stakeholders and addressing queries.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of industry work experience and a good track record in advisory or consultancy experiences.
• Self-driven and works well independently and supports the team to assist companies in their business needs.
• Knowledgeable in one or more of the following areas:
• Business services (e.g. business matching, business operations, learning journey, etc.)
• Well-versed in the regulatory requirements and various government assistance schemes would be a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
