Bunker Operations Executive (Junior)

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating bunker fuel procurement, delivery, and compliance processes. Reporting to the operation manager, the Executive will be responsible for handling vessel feeder operational matters to ensure smooth process workflows.

Responsibilities:

1. Sending Sales and Purchase Order Confirmations after each deal and following up to ensure smooth deliveries and payments.
2. Liaise with customers / their agents for accurate vessel ETAs and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
3. Ensure bunker deliveries data is entered accurately and promptly into the company's systems and maintain up-to-date records of deliveries and inventory.
4. Sending daily bunker prices to internal stakeholders.
5. Managing and keeping track of trading position daily.
6. Work collaboratively with Traders and other internal stakeholders to reduce delays and maintain efficiency.
7. Prepare vessel reports according to operational requirements/deadlines.
8. Any other jobs/projects deemed appropriate by the Operations Manager or Trader.
