Building Technician (Mixed Development)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide building maintenance, repair and services
2. Perform preventive maintenance, repair and trouble-shooting of M&E systems
3. Perform routine inspection on M&E fixtures and fittings, cooling towers and chillers
4. Supervise term contractors in repair and testing of M&E services
5. Attend to fault report or complaint, breakdown and customer service requests
6. Report on irregularities
7. Accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, schedules, etc.
8. Ensure compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

1. Preferably at least NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management
2. Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance
