Building Technician

JOB TITLE: BUILDING TECHNICIAN

Main Duties:

Building Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Perform building M&E services maintenance, repair and servicing works to properties under our care.
2. Perform reinstatement of properties under our care.
3. Perform builder’s works to properties under our care.
4. Carry out on-call emergency activities as necessary, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
5. Undertake any other ad hoc activities as assigned by management.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Support other M & E maintenance jobs or projects as and when assigned by management.
2. Cover other technicians on shift duties as and when required by management.

Schedule:

M & E technician schedule

WORKING HOURS:

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9.00 – 5.30 PM

SATURDAY 9:00 – 4.30 PM

OVERTIME:

According to Employment Act

1. Working beyond normal work hours from Monday to Saturday 1.5 x
2. Working on Sunday 2 x
3. Working on PH 1 x
