Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the authorized representative of the FMM in their absence, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise on-site day-to-day planning, management, and operations of facilities services.
• Assist in performance auditing, supporting the completion of audits for past inspections.
• Ensure the effective delivery of Facilities Management services for assigned buildings and handle related issues.
• Lead and manage the operations team in maintaining and managing the property and facilities.
• Oversee facilities, including asset enhancements, contractor supervision, and client liaison.
• Address client feedback and service requests, coordinating maintenance activities with contractors.
• Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience or a Degree with at least 3 years of experience in facilities management or the built environment industry.
• Previous experience in a managerial role is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
