First-line troubleshooting of M&E equipment like electrical tripping, leaking, etc.

Maintain spares inventory.

Possesses electrical knowledge.

Supervise and check on works carried out by contractors.

Carry out routine checks on key M&E equipment.

Carry out simple maintenance of building.
