Maintenance Operations
Supervise daily building maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general facilities.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure optimal operation of all systems including CCTV, lift systems, and parking areas.
Monitor and manage the servicing and upkeep of the company’s vehicle fleet.
Fire Safety & Compliance
Conduct routine fire safety checks and ensure full compliance with local fire safety regulations.
Oversee the maintenance and readiness of fire safety equipment and systems.
Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all building areas including common spaces, warehouses, and storage rooms.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
Lead a small team of maintenance staff, providing training, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Budgeting & Reporting
Assist with budgeting for maintenance activities and implement cost-effective measures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and incident reports; submit regular updates to management.
Emergency Preparedness
Develop and implement emergency response procedures for breakdowns, safety hazards, or urgent repairs.
