Building Facilities Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, manage and coordinate adhoc project/renovation works and routine building minor works
2. Prepare quotation via Schedule of Rates for any repairs or new works
3. Attend to Fault calls for urgent works
4. Attend to any meetings as arranged by superior
5. Any other works assigned by superior

Requirements:

1. Nitec / Diploma in Building and Construction Related
2. Candidate with no Qualification but with relevant experience may be considered
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
